Copytrading

What is FOMO copytrading and how do I do it?

FOMO copytrading means mirroring the Solana trades of traders you follow in the FOMO ecosystem instead of picking tokens yourself. In practice that is three things: a live feed of what those traders are buying right now, a leaderboard to decide who is worth following, and either a one-click buy or an automated bot that fills the same token from your own wallet.

What you are copying

The traders posting their entries publicly are, onchain, just wallets. Their buys and sells confirm on Solana like anyone else's, which means the activity can be read as it happens rather than reported afterwards. FOMOSCAN is a terminal built on exactly that: it shows the trades as they land, ranks the traders on realised performance, and lets you take the same position from your own wallet.

The three ways to do it

  1. Read and decide. Watch the live feed, read the trader's own note on why they entered, and buy manually when you agree. Slowest, and the only version where your judgement is still in the loop.
  2. Quick Buy. One click on the card fills a preset SOL amount into the same token. Fast enough to matter on a moving token, still a deliberate action.
  3. Copytrade bot. Pick a trader, set your size and your exit rules, and every subsequent entry of theirs fires automatically until you stop it.

Settings that matter more than trader choice

  • A fixed SOL amount per trade, decided before the first fill and not raised after a win.
  • Stop loss and take profit on your own position, because the trader you copy is not managing your risk.
  • A liquidity floor, so a token too thin to exit cleanly never gets bought in the first place.
  • A cap on open positions, which is what keeps one busy hour from becoming forty bets.

Solana only

Traders in the feed may hold positions on several chains. Anything not on Solana is shown but cannot be bought here, because the execution path - Jupiter routing, a Solana wallet signing in your browser - is Solana-specific by design.

Common questions

Do I need an account to copytrade?
To browse, no: the feed and the leaderboard are readable logged out. To copytrade, yes, because every version of it ends in a transaction that has to be funded and signed from a wallet attached to you.
How much does copytrading cost?
There is no subscription. The costs are in the trade: Solana network fees, the price impact of your own order, and the platform fee built into the route. On small positions in thin tokens those matter more than people expect.
Can I copytrade on chains other than Solana?
No. A tracked trader's positions on other chains are shown so the picture is honest, but every buying control here is Solana only, because the execution path is a Solana wallet signing a Jupiter route.
What happens when the trader I copy sells?
That depends on how you configured it: their exit can close your position fully, proportionally, or not at all. Your own take profit, stop loss and maximum hold run regardless, so you are never relying on them to manage your risk.
